  • $250 for a 50-minute individual session

  • As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a superbill (a receipt of paid services) you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement this way. You may also use HSA/FSA funds to pay for therapy sessions.

To check if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:

    • Do I have out of network mental health benefits? If so, what percentage of each session is reimbursed?

    • Are telehealth sessions eligible for reimbursement?

    • What is my deductible for out of network coverage and has it been met?

    • How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

  • Online therapy is just like in-person therapy, but you meet from the comfort of your own space using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. We’ll connect virtually, talk openly about what’s on your mind, and work together on strategies and insights to help you feel more supported and empowered. All you need is a private, quiet space and a reliable internet connection, and I’ll guide you through the rest.

  • Yes! I offer in-person therapy at my office in the heart of Larchmont Village, Los Angeles. The space is designed to feel welcoming and comfortable, so you can relax and focus on yourself during our time together. Whether you prefer in-person or online sessions, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel fully seen, heard, and understood.

  • Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, goals, and challenges, and we’ll discuss how we can work together in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and supportive. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of next steps and a sense of what our work together will look like.

  • Therapy is most effective when you have time to explore patterns, process experiences, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. The pace varies for each person, and we’ll work together to set goals, check in on your progress, and make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
